April joined the Housing Department as its first director in July 2016. Prior to her employment with the department she was a program officer with the LOR Foundation and in that role was in charge of its Northern Rockies portfolio, which included community development, land conservation, and transportation initiatives.
April grew up in South Carolina, attended Clemson University earning a degree in political science and economics, prior to moving west to Jackson Hole. Today, when not searching for answers to Jackson’s workforce housing shortage, she can be found spending time with her two young children, husband, and dog, enjoying the vast outdoor amenities available in Teton County and enthusiastically cheering on her beloved Tigers.
Stacy Stoker has worked at the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department since 2004 and was born and raised in Teton County. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Before Stacy worked for the Housing Department, she was self-employed as a mortgage broker, and also owned and operated two other businesses in town. In her free time, Stacy enjoys playing golf, camping, hiking and swimming.
Billi has been with the Housing Department since May of 2006. Billi moved to Jackson in 1986 and since moving here, has worked in retail, banking, as well as a 3 year stint with the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance. Billi, a mother of 3 grown children, and 1 grandchild, made her home in Jackson until summer of 2007 when she moved to Alpine, WY. In her spare time she can be found watching her favorite Broncos team play football, and spending time with family and friends.
Lisa has worked for the Housing Department since February 2015 and is a true native of Jackson. Her extensive family is pleased to have called Jackson home for over 6 generations. Since 2005, Lisa has also served as a volunteer firefighter for JH Fire/EMS stationed in Hoback where she lives with John, her husband of 23 years. The couple have many accomplishments, but are most proud of their two grown children, Ashley & Jesse. Lisa has seen many changes come and go the valley and continues to be a dedicated member of the community. In her limited spare time, Lisa can be found planning the family's next adventure.
Kira started her job with the housing department in January of 2017 after moving to Jackson from Gunnison, Colorado. She has a background in science, IT, teaching, and construction.
Kira is very excited to be a new addition to the Jackson community. She enjoys spending time with her partner and dog, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, running, fishing, and generally enjoying all that this region has to offer.
