Step 2: Upload the following documents to your Interest Application before the deadline (January 20, 2026)
- Upload all Affidavits of Current Employment for all jobs of all adults in the household to your Interest Application.
- Upload all Affidavits of Previous Employment for one adult in the household to verify up to 10 years of consecutive full-time employment for a Local Business to your Interest Application.
- Lender Qualification Worksheet (must be completed by a Local Lender; the Lender's Qualification is valid for one year; the loan amount on your Lender's Qualification worksheet must be at least the purchase price minus your down payment for the home for which you are applying)
- Critical Service Provider Verification: if you are a Qualified Critical Service Provider.

Calculation of Income
Household income is calculated based on the current income earned by all intended adult occupants of the Restricted Housing Unit at the time of weighted drawing entry, using the current household income to estimate an annual (12-month) income basis.

Once selected in a Weighted Drawing: the complete application paperwork is not required at the time of drawing entry; however, it will be required when you are selected for a home. Please keep in mind you will only have 5 business days from the date of notification to provide it. For anyone who may need more time and would like to complete the required paperwork, here is a list for your convenience:
- Most recent 2 years' complete tax returns and W-2s.
- 3 months of the most recent account statements for all checking, savings, CD, IRA, and retirement accounts.
- Full credit report/scores for all adult applicants dated within the last year.
- Proof of citizenship - passport, birth certificate, or green card. For DACA recipients, USCIS DACA Approval Notice (Form 1-797).
- Completed Home Buyer Education Class Certificate. The Home Buyer Education Certificate is good indefinitely. Homebuyer Education Link
- Divorce Decree - if applicable
- Birth Certificate for any child under 1 - if applicable
