Being a new or expecting mom can be simultaneously rewarding and challenging. Amidst the highest of highs and overwhelming lows that come with parenthood, the mental health and well-being of new moms is paramount. Teton County Health Department is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at empowering postpartum and expecting mothers through weekly gatherings focused on outdoor engagement and community connection. Starting August 7th, 2024 TCHD will host free, weekly meetups. These gatherings will offer a nurturing environment focused on connection through socialization, physical exercise, shared experiences and an opportunity to speak candidly about the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Stay tuned for a different location offered each season. For more information or if in need of a stroller, please call Teton County Health Department and ask to speak to a Maternal and Child Health nurse. Free strollers are available, pending need and funding.

For questions please call 307-733-6401 and ask for a Maternal and Child Health Nurse
