Teton County Government Employee Rentals

The Housing Department manages Teton County Government's employee housing program. The department advertises units, executes leases, and works with tenants to ensure the property is functioning properly and that tenants are caring for the residences. Employee housing policies, including rental rates, are set by the Board of County Commissioners with input from the Teton County Administrator. 

Currently, Teton County owns 24 employee rental units and 4 employee rights of first purchase at The Grove. You can review the entire portfolio of units here.
