Restriction:

The restriction on the Employment-based units is a covenant that requires the owner to occupy the unit at least 10 months each year. There is no limit to the income the household may earn or to the amount of assets the household has. However, at least one adult in the household must be employed full time in Teton County and the household must continue to earn 75% of their income from a local business.


The restriction on the Affordable units requires the owners to occupy  the units at least 10 months each year. Unit 1 is a Category 2 unit  which requires the household income and assets at the time of purchase  to be within the Category 2 level. Unit 2 is a Category 1 unit which  requires the household income and assets at the time of purchase to be  within the Category 1 level.

HOA:

810 West has an HOA that is ruled by the Declaration of Covanants,  Conditions, and Restrictions for 810 West Addition to the Town of  Jackson.
