Section I: Introduction
Teton County, Wyoming, herein after referred to as “County”, is soliciting proposals up to but not later than 3:00 pm MST on August 8, 2019 for a DJI Matrice 210 V2 Enterprise Combo Plus Add-ons.
Responses to RFP
Proposals may either be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to Jackson Hole Fire/EMS P.O. Box 901, Jackson, WY 83001 with Attention to Battalion Chief Brian Coe.
Proposals will be opened at 3:00 pm MST on August 8, 2019, in the Fire Administration Building at 40 East Pearl Avenue, Jackson, WY. The public and any interested parties are invited.

Section II: Administrative Information
Changes: Teton County reserves the right to cancel this RFP, modify this RFP as needed, or reject any or all proposals received.
Bidders’ Cost: The cost of developing a proposal is each bidder’s responsibility and cannot be changed to Teton County.
Verbal: Any verbal communication from County employees concerning this RFP is not binding and shall not alter a specification, term, or condition of this RFP.
Withdrawal or Cancellation: A bidder may by letter to the County, withdraw or modify a submitted proposal prior to the due date.
Qualifications: Responding venders must be an authorized DJI dealer.
Teton County Property: All proposals and related material submitted in response to this RFP become the property of the County and are a public record.
Purchase Award: The purchase will be made through a vendor who satisfies all requirements outlined in the RFP and whose proposed costs are acceptable.

Section IV: Evaluation and Selection Process
Each proposal will be evaluated based on completeness, cost and delivery availability. Teton County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee organized by Jackson Hole Fire/EMS.
