Bids must be received at the Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Office by the time and date specified. Bidder assumes all responsibility for timely delivery to the location by the time and date specified. Bids received after the exact time specified will be returned unopened to the Bidder. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.

A pre-bid walk through to view the properties, location of work and address questions is set for March 21th at 10:00 A.M. All prospective bidders should meet at 40 E. Pearl Avenue Administration Conference Room.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The bid surety of five percent (5%) received of the successful Bidder will be retained until the Project has been completed and accepted by Teton County, WY. All other deposits will be returned to the Bidders after the successful Bidder is determined. The successful Bidder must, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the Owner an executed Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to one hundred percent of the accepted Bid as security for the faithful performance of the Contract
Prospective bidders shall supply a minimum of three references concerning past projects completed.
Your Bid is to be received at Jackson Hole Fire/EMS, PO Box 901 (mailing address), 40 East Pearl Avenue (physical address), Jackson, WY 83001, submitted in a sealed envelope before the Bid Due date on April 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the above time limit, whether delivered or mailed will not be considered.
The bid opening is scheduled for 3:00 P.M. on April 12, 2018 at Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Admin building, 40 East Pearl Avenue, Jackson, WY 83001. Bids shall be opened and read aloud publicly.
The Teton County Board of Commissioners will consider all bids and staff recommendations at the regular scheduled Commissioners’ meeting on April 16, 2018.
The Teton County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine who the best and most responsible Bidder is, and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
