JTCHA Housing Developments

The developments below were built with one of the following types of public funds:

Exaction fees: Fees Required to be paid when a developer does not want to provide a deed restricted unit, or fees required to be paid when building a single family home (In Lieu Fees).  These funds are restricted for the development of Affordable Housing, and cannot be used for Workforce Housing.

Special Purpose Excise Tax (SPET): An additional penny sales tax that can be voted in or out by the voters for specific uses or projects. These funds are restricted for the development of Affordable Housing, and cannot be used for Workforce Housing.

Town/County General Funds: These are taxes collected largely from sales tax and property taxes. General funds are not restricted and the elected officials can choose to use them how they wish.

Note that out of all of the Housing Developments below, The Grove is the only development with rental units that can become available through our weighted drawing process.

There are several Affordable and Workforce rental units in Teton County that are not managed by us. Please click here for more information.
